    I'd just comply and hope for the best. To me, this actually seems reasonable. I once reported a connection while they were spiraling into what seemed like a psychotic episode that they were publishing in real-time to their LI page. It seemed real, but I reported him just in-case he'd been compromised, and at the very least to give him a chance to delete his posts before his account came back online.

    UPDATE just got the account reinstated...it took 4 days. not sure how i feel about Linkedin AND Persona having my passport ID.

    Happened to me too. No way will I give Microsoft my ID in 2025 for the privilege of recruiter spam.

    Trying to appeal will probably not help your account but still something you can do. I suggest see it as their loss not yours and move on.

    blocking account access is one thing. blocking the profile from the public view is incredibly harmful. WTF.
