    So multiple requests for annulment or revision by multiple people and companies were denied by the same court that issued the order. Given that European appeals courts generally do not have stare decisis (binding precedent), the same court could continue issuing new orders under the same reasoning ad nauseam regardless of the outcome of any and all appeals until an extrajudicial court, the Constitutional Court, rules on it.

    It speaks volumes that large companies with enough money skip European judicial processes altogether. Being Spain, no doubt such a great judicial system has done wonders in places like Mexico and the rest of Latin America.

    So much for rule of law. But hey, at least they vote for the leader of their country, right?
