    It seems this is really about keeping drug prices about the same but increasing them for other countries.

    Trump isn't one for details but I watched his announcement and the examples he rattled off seemed to have one thing in common, countries with single-buyer national insurance and subsidized prices to patients. A patient might pay $20 but the national insurance purchases the drugs at a higher price.
