I see nothing like that in my browser, probably needs an annoying dependency or something for what they're calling "LoFi".

As a substitute, a good equivalent might simply be old-fashioned movie vignettes from times before wide-screen dimensions and high resolutions were common, plus without color, in only black & white it should be LoFi by any measure.
