This is industrial scale, and it's pretty obvious the government of Cambodia is in on it. Other than that, I see nothing new. The cybercrime world has had division of labor and specialization for a decade or more. Once more, we see cryptocurrency easing the whole thing. It would appear that "DeFi" means "scams and human rights abuse without recourse".
