    The title is pure clickbait - it doesn't link to an article with a matching title.

    It links to an online ruby textbook, last updated 2 years ago according to the gitlab repo.

    As a long time Ruby developer the only thing about Ruby that I wish would die is people declaring 'Is Ruby dead?/Ruby is dead/Ruby isn't dead'!
