I remember a wonderful website that had multiple selectable layers of overlays to visualize aspects of video compression (for a specific codec, I think H.264, but I don't know).
It showed, among many things, motion vectors and macro blocks.
Does anyone know what website I'm looking for? This must have been 5+ years back.
