Apple Intelligence On by Default 15.3 and again 15.3.1

Upgrading to MacOS 15.3 and Apple turns on Apple Intelligence by default and also turns on Apple Intelligence reporting by default with a 15 min interval. After disabling both and then upgrading to MacOS 15.3.1 Apple again turns on Apple Intelligence by default ignoring your earlier choice. Unfortunate to see Apple adopt a dark tactic hear out of Microsoft's playbook.

    this would be a breach of a contract.
