can't seem to submit. broken for others, or is it just me?

    I can pass this report on to the team, but it might help to say a bit more - what did you see that was broken?

    Edit: apparently there have been quite a few successful submissions since. I believe that if you skip a required field, the submit button is disabled - is it possible that was going on here?
