Bumping and interacting for helpfulness sake. Not sure if this forum works like that but still trying. (Edit: After reading the forums rules, it does appear the original post and this response are riding the guidelines.... So be it....)

Good luck. Sadly I am in a similar situation otherwise would gladly take you up on your very reasonable and by no means unethical or embarrassing post. With a humble opinion, there is nothing wrong with asking for help, even when others tell you there is, even when it is against the rules. This is especially the case if it is done with humility and genuine need, as you seem to have clearly indicated. Even though it is unclear to the writer of this post how all posts will be responded to, yours and others, by other patrons in this message board, at least know this.... You have someone out here at least rooting for you. Good luck. You got this homie.

I feel sorry for you, but it is never a good idea to leave everything up to a consultancy of any sort (especially tax or lawyer-related matters) to third parties. On the other hand, this is a good opportunity for you to start a product that actually addresses this issue. I’m sure you’re not alone in facing this challenge. You could charge a nominal subscription fee to your customers.

Regarding your original request, I recommend applying to the recent January posts on HN Hiring (link: https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=whoishiring).

    All the best!
