It seems right now it only supports CRUD-style logic? Suppose I have a Go backend service (or any other language, really). Creating and exposing some pg tables for the read only path is something reasonable if I want to integrate with zero.
But what about the write path in such an app? Where you have some business logic that doesn't involve simple CRUD, will (or does) zero support that with custom mutators?

Fastest of the demos I've seen -- also seems like big deal that it's open source now!

Nice! Congratz
It's insanely fast. And wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful talk about the thoughts that led to this:

Very cool stuff! My understanding is that your closest competitor and most similar in design is InstantDB (previously discussed here [1]). Would you mind letting us know about the differences in philosophy, architecture, and practice?

This is huge. Looking forward to playing with it. Based on your docs it doesn't seem like there's going to be a way to run this on a free version somewhere because of the Postgres requirement right?
Any thoughts on if SQLite would be suitable and likely to be supported in the future? That would make this really perfect getting a MVP going.

Whoa! Definitely give the commenting engine a try. It is insanely fast. I'm curious how it would work on my old SaaS app that had a ton of data and displayed attached PDFs (that were often scanned images of text, not the actual text) that are huge. Nice work.

This is big step towards getting more and more application adopt sync-engines and in general better user-experience!
Awesome Work, congratulations on the alpha launch!

Congrats on the launch! Extremely excited to start using Zero on a side project I've been working on over the next couple weeks.
