I want a connect a group of people playing Minecraft (or other games) on different devices (Android tablet, iPad, phone, Nintendo Switch) to same audio chat so they can talk to each other.
So a device which can play real time audio and transmit audio when either button pressed or all the time based on detected voice levels.
Any idea as to which hardware would be cheap to use?
I thought about using Asterix with a SIP phone or similar. The phone could be dirt cheap but I would need to host the Asterix server and configure a conference room to join.
Other ideas? I could hack something if all I have to do is implement firmware..
