Not to sound harsh or troll-y but no news here. You can always quit. Employment in the USA is "at will". You are not bound to them any more than they are bound to you.
Sure some outfits pay better, and with accepting that comes "responsiblity." That is, align your values and keep your mouth shut.
If you don't like your current station, update your CV and move on. But to whine with a sense of entitlement is in direct opposition to understanding what "at will" means.
"Speaking at an all-hands meeting for AWS, unit CEO Matt Garman said nine out of 10 workers he has spoken with support the new policy, which takes effect in January, according to a transcript reviewed by Reuters."
Beyond hard to believe that represents the true sentiment at AWS towards this policy - he should at least be aware that people won't give him honest feedback to his face.
