    This is not exactly what you are asking for, but I recommend datacamp https://www.datacamp.com/ . (They use weird names, so I put that is scare quotes.) They have some free "courses" that are like 3 hours of videos with small test in between. Some are programs with slots you have to fill to make it run. They have "tracks" that are collections of a few "courses" in a sensible order. I'm not sure if they are free.

    Unless you have something planed, my recommendation is to start with python. I think this is a good starting point https://www.datacamp.com/tracks/python-data-fundamentals
