There is truth in this, I woke up around 2-3 am regularly. Some people see magical reasons for this, but I decided to reconsider my habits, stopped eating at night, and began to ventilate the room. But the main thing is that I found a quality bed https://quokkabeds.com.au/. I view sleep as an investment in my youth and health, so all of the above were worth it.

Daily exercise. Eliminate bad lifestyle choices (being fat, smoking, alcohol, etc). Not eating/drinking (except water) within 1.5 hrs of bed. Going to bed before 9pm, waking up before 6am. Avoiding medication to address sleep.

Some questions:
What time do you go to sleep?
Are you sure you are awake for an hour? I found that in reality I am intermittently asleep.
How much of a problem is it?

Also have that here. Exacerbated when the kid arrived. Haven't found a solution yet.
Has anyone here solved their “waking up at 3:30am almost every morning for no reason and then falling back asleep in an hour” problem? Thank you in advance.
