Do you have an example? The fidelity of requirements needed can vary by team, industry and problem. My two cents is that a repo of what teams at specific companies use would be more helpful/interesting.

It's hard to explain what is the level of detail necesary in a specification. Many times you have to seat, listen and then fill all the holes.
