Of note, they have streamlined and consolidated their policies around this to make it easier for streamers to know what’s allowed and disallowed.
Streams marked with certain labels will not show up on the home page, but with the new policy a broader set of sexually suggestive content will be allowed on the platform.

They're just straight up allowing anything except explicit nudity as long as you label it correctly. Twitch really is a softcore cam site now. What a fucking joke
Also the whole reason a booba streamer would choose Twitch over an 18+ site is because of the underage audience, Twitch doesn't offer any parental control. I just wonder when regulators will go after Amazon for this.
