There's really no justifiable reason for RTO or hybrid arrangements other than money or power tripping.
Fortunately, there's a lot of smart companies out there that are scooping up talent left and right, which is going to lead to their success.
I never had fun working in an office and would rather go homeless than return to all that BS.
