I'm building a marketplace, where the two sides are developers looking for jobs and companies willing to hire.
I won't go on here about how we are fixing issues with how tech hiring works today, I don't want to turn this into self-promotion.
I'm just struggling a lot with the length of the sales cycle. People keep escalating us, then we're often sent back to the same person.
Our prices are not high. A listing is $150 and our cheapest subscription is just $69 a month, or $690 a year.
Are you cleared to make such a purchase at your company? What are practices at your company regarding purchases of that size? Who is handling these kinds of purchases?
