Ask HN: What are the best programming tutorials that are project based?

What tutorials do you recommend that are project based? Where you end up with a functioning (and hopefully very cool) program at the end of it?

Could be in any form of videos, books, online courses, blog posts, etc.

    The tasks may be chunked smaller than you like but I enjoyed the Python course at HackerRank. I was already pretty proficient at Python but I refined my skills and had fun the whole way with very little friction. I did courses for other languages too but I enjoyed the Python course the most.
