That doesn't seem suuuper effective for a weekly injection type drug. If you reported 15-20% weight loss after a year on /r/keto, nobody would be very impressed.
I suppose it could work for everybody whereas diets like keto typically only work for a subset (25% or so?) of people who try it, but I'd wait for a bit more than 3 anecdotes to draw that conclusion.
We've had miracle fat loss drugs announced before. While I'm open to the idea these will work, I'm not holding my breath.
