going from the screenshot, it doesn't look like something looking like it wouldn't be too hard to throw together in Excel/LibreOffice if you don't need it to do everything completely automated? (which for a once-per-year thing doesn't seem necessary?)
I've been using the free year printable calendar at Sciral.com for about a decade now (one of the last few things I print) but my time ran out and now there is another domain owner for Sciral.com that doesn't share the free year calendar program.
I made an Excel spreadsheet for 54 vertical weeks, but I've always liked their format that didn't start out as intuitive, but now it is. Does anyone know how to get it from Sciral.com (I've tried archive.org - no HTTP POST works) or another suitable replacement to show a year calendar on a printable page?
