    Consid (a Swedish IT consultancy) specifically put a call out for Ukrainian developers, saying they'll help them and their families with accommodation and other relocation matters: https://consid.se/en/ukraine/

    I can't vouch for this company personally, but from initial reading it seems to be a reputable consulting company in Sweden.
