It is the cloud provider for Russia Today and many other propaganda channels that help to spread misinformation to the Russian population.
We used our security search engine to detect sites using DDOS-Guard. Here is a full list. You can specify the search further to pinpoint ZAP vulnerabilities, or out-dated technologies of your expertise. Works more or less like the Shodan.io engine. Please be patient because we are under quite a heavy load.
