We've been running NewsCatcher [1] for over a year now.

Many things that we've learnt we got from YC SUS and HN. We'd love to thank this community & YC's free resources: it definitely help us get where we're today!

This season, we applied to YC, TinySeed, and Alchemist. Going to YC was my dream for ~2 years. However, we had to reject the YC S21 invitation this morning to join TinySeed S21.

Maksym and I are super happy that we got the invitation from the TinySeed team: we're two first-time bootstrapped founders, and we feel that TinySeed's 12 months program is the best fit for us at the moment.

Short blog post of why we think TinySeed's program is a great fit to us [2]

Great thx to Tracy, Rob, and Einar for giving us a chance! Let's see where we'll be in 12 months.

CloudForecast(www.cloudforecast.io) is super excited to be part of this years TinySeed batch. Couldn't have asked for a better fit in terms of mentors, program and fellow companies.

It's great (and funny) to see how far our journey has come since we first launched on HackerNews almost 4 years ago [1]. This "launch" was a spring board for us to who we are today.

It exciting to see those new kind of funds thrive.

I was really surprised by the business diversity of this batch with, amongst other:

    - note system for researcher

    - evidence, and lab management software for digital forensics labs

    - CRM for senior placement

I'm really excited to work with these 18 companies. This is also our most international batch yet, with seven companies based out of the US.
