adPro.rent ia a property management system. Our family uses it to write contracts, print invoices or receipts, do simple bookkeeping, manage incidents, collect payments and get helpful statistics.
Now it has been internationalized and is ready for managing your own properties or those of others. I hope it helps others to save as much time as it does for us. The system has been created initially for Paraguay, all local features are now hidden behind a country-flag. I'm curious to hear if there are features that might be important for other markets and whatever else you might think about adPro.
This has been a side project but I work fulltime on this for the last months. I started this as a solo-founder coming from tech and I'm open to partner up with somebody experienced in bizz, especially sales and marketing.
