We've been exploring the space for quite some time now and the general consensus is: recruitment is broken :/
Wether it's from the candidate experience, or the post-hire interactions, there are challenges that both candidates and recruiters / talent acquisition face.
What are your biggest challenges in making sure that the flow is completed successfully? What are you spending the most time on? What would you like to automate/improve to make your job/candidate experience better?
Are you doing great things in the space? Would love to know more about the specific tactics/tools you've adopted successfully and see if there is anything missing.
