Ask HN: Where can we get a community to upvote questions anonymously?

We run a small community where we have weekly AMAs. Most participants shy away unless there is anonymity in question asking.

We also want the others to up/downvote questions. Google slides is extremely buggy. Know sites/forums/hacks to make this happen without code?
